Returns & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are subject to:
- The item being unworn, unmarked, unstained and unused;
- The labelling being intact;
- Any extra beads, stones, buttons, crystals, sequins, etc. provided with the item being returned in their original state;
- The full proof of purchase being provided.
We recommend any item sent back is
- Via recorded / signed-for delivery;
- Wrapped adequately to avoid damage to the item.
We cannot be held liable for the refund/exchange of any item which we have not received or received damaged due to the re-packing of the item.
We can offer you either a refund or an exchange, provided the item is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Postage & Packaging costs are not refunded for any returned item unless the item returned is faulty.
To process the refund/exchange, kindly:
- Provide us with your contact details;
- Inform us as to whether you would like a return or an exchange.
Pricing and Availability Policy
No contract will exist between the customer and Sharamless Ltd until such time as Sharamless Ltd confirms dispatch of the ordered items.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
The Postage & Packing charges are stated below under “Delivery”.
Delivery
Items will be posted within 3 working days, although we aim to post within 24 hours.
Delivery is signed for unless stated otherwise.
Delivery prices vary according to the total weight – please refer to option(s) at the Checkout. Kindly note that you are not committed to buy before you have selected your preferred delivery options from those available.
