LA CAGE AUX STRASS → “MARRIAGE OCTOGON”

The Marriage Octagon is designed to symbolically represent a full marriage as defined in ancient Sanskrit literature. In the centre there exists a Swarovski crystal that defines marriage while the eight branches represent the eight stages of marriage which are:
(1) Desire – the attraction that exists between
a two people,
(2) Knowledge – in that the two are aware of their and the other’s feelings
(3) Courtship – in which the two get involved with each other
(4)Love – in which the attraction matures to love
(5) Bonding – in which the two commit to each other
(6) Children – in which children are born as a result of the love and bonding
(7) Grandchildren – in which the two realize the fullness of their marriage through the birth of their grandchildren, and,
(8) Parting – in which the marriage ends through the passing on of one or both.

The base of this body sticker is beaded metal embedded with Swarovski crystals. The measurements are approximately 6cm x 6cm. Always remember to apply it on un-moisturised dry skin and when taking it off, stick back on the supplied glue protection strip.
